Money-Back Guarantee

Founder memberships purchased with a card through Patreon come with a 30-day money-back guarantee: request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no reason needed. Founder memberships purchased with crypto (R, SR, and SSR tiers) may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Ultra Rare (UR) and Legendary Rare (LR) tiers are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account, with the subject line “Refund Request,” and include the email address or username on your ToonSocial account. We process eligible refund requests promptly.

How Refunds Are Processed

Card payments are processed by Patreon (patreon.com); approved card refunds are returned to your original payment method by Patreon, and the time to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. Crypto refunds are issued manually, off-chain, to a wallet address you provide, and are not automated on-chain.

After a Refund

When a refund is completed, the founder membership and its associated benefits — including lifetime Premium, your founder number, badge, and Wall of Heroes entry — are removed, and your founder spot is released.
